Information for Registration

1. Application Procedure
   

   Please click “On-line Application Form” button at the bottom of this page. 
   Please complete the application form and submit it to us.　Upon your submission of the application form, “Pre-Confirmation” will be sent to you automatically by E-mail.
   In the event of NOT receiving Pre-Confirmation, please contact us by E-mail (mokuzai_2010_jtb@jecs.org) .

2. Confirmation

• Accommodation & Lunch
  No later than 2 or 3 weeks prior to the Meeting, you will receive “Final-Confirmation” by E-mail or fax.
  

• Registration
  No later than 2 or 3 weeks prior to the Meeting, you will receive “Final-Confirmation” and congress kit.

3. Payment

Please note that payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer.
We are sorry but, personal checks are not acceptable.
Accommodation fee cannot be paid directly to the hotel which has been reserved by JTB.
Personal expenses (ex.telephone and laundry etc.) should be paid at the hotel when you check out.

Bank Transfer:
Please confirm the bank account specified in the invoice.　
Please note that bank transfer fee should be paid by the participant who makes a registration.

Credit Cards:
American Express / Diners Club / Master Card / Visa cards are accepted.
Please fill your credit card information in the registration form. Your personal data in the application form are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) System.
We will approve your credit card in advance, however, the total amount of the registration fee will be actually charged after the Meeting.


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   
   

   For changing your data, cancellation or additional requests, please contact us by E-mail (mokuzai_2010_jtb@jecs.org).
   Cancellation shall be possible only if JTB receives written notification.
   Refund will be made on site or after the Meeting.
   Bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund.
   Handling charge for accommodation will be deducted from the refund.
   Credit card payment: The total amount of the fee will be charged after the Meeting.

For Accommodation

21 days or more prior to the first night of reserved hotel room stay,	No Charge
from 20 days to 8 days prior to the first night of reserved hotel room stay,	20% of daily room charge
from 7 days to 2 days prior to the first night of reserved hotel room stay,	30% of daily room charge
1 day prior the first night of reserved hotel room stay,	40% of daily room charge
on the first night of reserved hotel room stay,	50% of daily room charge
no advanced notice given,	100% of daily room charge

 


For Lunch
