Information for Registration

Your interest in our Symposium is greatly appreciated. On behalf of SI International2009 Secretariat, we at JTB Event & Convention Service, are pleased to act as an official business agent of this Symposium for registration and accommodation arrangements. We are honored to work for all the participants who are attending this Symposium as the business agent.

Registration Fee

*Accompanying persons should be your family members. **Registration fee includes a conference kit, lunch box, banquet, and refreshment breaks. ***Due to time constraint, on-site registration can be made only by cash payment.

I. Application Procedure

Please click “On-line Application Form” button at the bottom of this page(We are sorry but,Early registration was closed).  Please complete the application form and submit it to us.　Upon your submission of the application form, “Pre-Confirmation” will be sent to you automatically by E-mail. In the event of NOT receiving Pre-Confirmation, please contact us by E-mail (si2009@jecs.org)
For changing your data, cancellation or additional requests, please click the "Change or Cancellation" button at the bottom of this page.

II. Deadline for Registration

Pre-registration was closed

You can registrate on site.

Registration will be made on a first-come-first served basis.

III. Confirmation

No later than two weeks prior the Symposium, you will receive “Final-Confirmation” by E-mail or fax.
“Final-Confirmation” must be retained and presented to the registration desk at the Symposium venue.

IV. Payment

Please note that payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer.
We are sorry but, personal checks are not acceptable.

Credit cards

American Express / Diners Club / Master Card / Visa cards are accepted.
Please fill your credit card information in the registration form.
Your personal data in the application form are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) System.
We will approve your credit card in advance, however, the total amount of the registration fee will be actually charged after the Symposium.　 

Bank Transfer

Please confirm the bank account specified in the invoice.　※Please note that bank transfer fee should be paid by the participant who makes a registration.

V. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation shall be possible only if JTB Event & Convention Service receives written notification stating agreement to the effect as follows, in which case the registration fee will be refunded after the Symposium.
