The workshop will be held in the Annex Hall of the Nagoya International Center (NIC). The NIC is easily reached by subway, and sits directly above the Kokusai Center Station on the Sakura-dori subway line. The venue is also about 10 minutes walk from Nagoya Station.

How to Reach Nagoya

From Narita International Airport (Tokyo)

  1. Purchase a ticket to Nagoya from the Japan Railways (JR) ticket office at Narita Airport.
  2. Take a JR Narita Express train from Narita to Tokyo.
  3. Change at Tokyo to a JR bullet train (Shinkansen) bound for Nagoya.

Warning: At Narita Airport be sure not to take the Keisei Railway Line by mistake!

From Kansai International Airport (Osaka)

  1. Purchase a ticket to Nagoya from the Japan Railways (JR) ticket office at Kansai Airport.
  2. Take a JR Express Haruka train from Kansai Airport to Kyoto.
  3. Change at Kyoto to a JR bullet train (Shinkansen) bound for Nagoya.

Warning: At Kansai Aiport be sure not to take the Nankai Railway Line by mistake!

From Chubu International Airport (Nagoya)

  1. At the airport, purchase a ticket for Nagoya at the Meitetsu Railway ticket office.
  2. Catch an express train to Nagoya. Note that the Myu-SKY rapid express train requires a booked seat and costs an extra 350 yen.
